Arwood was exceptional from the initial phone call,delivery, and pick up. My problem was the billing department. I paid in full before the service date. It took their billing dept. 4 months to catch up. I still recommend arwood.

Horrible customer Svce. Rented for one day party. Took 6 months to get it removed and kept getting billed. I was worried that it would ruin credit for nonpayment. After hours on the phone and speaking to multiple people it was finally resolved.

It is very difficult to speak to someone in the billing department! We are always receiving increases in our monthly invoice without explanations why. When I call or email, I'm told or sent an automatic response that I will a receive a call back and I never do! If we didn't need the 2-yard dumpster, I would cancel and start the tedious process of looking for another company! I'm all for helping small city/state businesses, but this company needs serious help in their customer service department.

Wanted to rent large container for eviction waste. Said they were booked for a week or so and never called back. (two months)
