I asked for a mobile sink or hand sanitizing station & neither one was delivered & I did not receive a sigle call/text/email. I'm very disappointed in the customer service & now billing issues.

Eric, Your Order PTR220705 was for a sink station that could not be placed due to freezing temps still in the area. We sent a formal E-mail, and on 3/17 your organization spoke to an agent in this regards and decided to proceed with just the (2) toilet product which is change order #1152019. All contacts for the order were directed to Keenan per the order entry. This is all that has been billed to Rock Gap Construction. The sink unit was refunded in full on 3/17. I re-sent the credit card receipt to your attention and the revised invocie showing just the (2) toilet units as INV-0000252297. Sincerely, Team ASAP

This portable toilet i put in my property but away from my house around 40 yards for my contractor used it. Last Thursday on the 31 of March midnight someone or maybe homeless coming used it and trash made a mess So I have to clean up next day on Friday morning for my contractor used and after that I put a lock on it and on Saturday they come again maybe midnight or early morning around 1 or 2 o'clock they break the lock and mess up again so this time on Sunday I put a chain around the portable toilet and lock it and at this time they come again eraly morning Monday around 1 o'clock they burn it down. This is in my property and my possession so I would like to know how much do I have to pay for this. Please let me know. Thanks you. Duyen Lam

I am still awaiting a receipt for the transaction and it is causing problems with my company card. Very frustrating.

Bruce & Mike, On 3/23 our system e-mailed you a copy of the invoice and receipt, and my associate also e-mailed it to you directly on 3/29 at 9:56am. It work out great for my mom nice and roomy only thing I didn’t like no flushing capabilities like others you had the option of pumping a foot Pedal to flushed I didn’t like the maintenance time
