The service was good
The service was good, the staff is friendly and helpful. Would really recommend. The only thing is the price that could be lower, all the rest is great.

When I called and paid for it to be delivered on a certain day they called back a day later to tell me it would be a week later than I requested. Rented mine for a month with weekly cleans and hasn’t been cleaned at all. Have had it going on 3 weeks now.

David, Upon the order reservation we put out a formal notification that the soonest we could make delivery would be 12/3 formal notification #1102833 which you approved before the reservation was completed in full. For the first week (12/6-12/10) and second week (13-17) your unit was reported by the driver as cleaned on Friday's route. However, the 12/10 date I do not show a log sheet for that initial first week so we have credited your account and for the upcoming holiday this week we are confirmed for the cleaning and your pre-scheduled removal on 12/30/2021. We appreciate your feedback about your rental to date -ASAP-

I only used it for a week and a half…
I only used it for a week and a half and got billed for a hole month. The company that you use doesn't do this ..so not happy its not right to do this

The 12/3 call to the office effectively made the rental exclusive to INV-0000241369 for the period 11/24 to 12/21/2021. Credit Memo INV-0000242475 & INV-0000242469.01 were issued to wipe out INV-0000242469 in full. I'll be happy to re-send those billing documents. You were billed and paid for one (1) billing period as outlined in your order receipt and rental agreement. Thanks, ASAP #1110659 incident number
