I have 2 new smart watches from Ascribei and both stopped working after 2 days. They are scammers selling crap.

I always Google all of Facebook sellings, like the ascribei smart watch. These company are not reputable. Facebook should not allow them to advertise on the website.

I placed 3 orders on the same day 4 months ago and have still not received any of them. I’ve contacted them several times and always get “please be patient, the item is on its way, shipping can take some time, we will contact the transport company” or something similar. I’ve asked for a refund or for the goods to be sent again and they refuse. They are scammers. Do not buy anything from them.

Watch is completely inaccurate which could be deadly for diabetics. Watch read 6.49 and my glucometer read 10. I have been trying since August to get my refund and all they will refund is $11 US. Very sad customer service but that is probably all the watch is worth, if that. Piece of garbage.

I have just ordered the wrap around travel pillow advertised on Facebook. The order No. is 782S107033. The sub total was $28.95 with shipping insurance of $0.87 and I paid for VIP shipping of $12,99 making a grand total of $42.81. I have just received a confirmation email informing me that I have been charged $58.19. This site is not trustworthy and have overcharged me. There is no email address to query why I have been overcharged and for me to make a complaint so I am going to have to try to claim the full amount through my bank. What is Facebook doing to stop all these bogus scammers? NOTHING!

The product was true to size. I got a size medium and it fits me as a large. I really enjoyed this product because the color didn't bleed through and looked good after a few washes. It also didn't leave any black cotton marks on my skin after sweating like some shirts do. The shirt was very cool and breathable, it was not too thick and hot.
