No customer service what so ever

There were a couple scrapes on the case…
There were a couple scrapes on the case and I still don't understand why I was charged for shipping, when you said over $100 qualifies for free shipping, no one will respond to my emails.

Came through under some challenging circumstances
Appreciate the follow through and diligence by the ASG team. we ordered 2 bike cases from them that were stuck on a ship outside the port. They kept us appraised of the situation and made sure that delivery would be in time for any trips we had planned. They even gave us other options in case our needs were more urgent. The cases came in due time. I would definitely recommend this team for cycling gear purchases.

Can't think of a better way to treat…
Can't think of a better way to treat your customers. Ordered the wrong bag. They were able to take back the wrong bag and ship me a new one right away. Really responsive, friendly and helpful. Can't recommend enough.
