It wasn’t difficult to get to use the app. The first person I chatted with was courteous and kind. They connected me with a doctor who answered all my questions. I would use you again.

Excellent
Only issue was the doctor was a little hard to understand. He was patient and didn’t seem to mind repeating what he said. It was a great experience for not having to take my 87yo aunt out in bad weather and being having mobility challenges.
