Helpful and timely on a Sunday night

Dr. Li was helpful with a dermatology question for my 94 year old Mother.

My questions were answered in a timely manor and the Dr was very polite.

After the secretary took my concerns to the doctor, he answered almost immediately. I followed his instructions as I had a blood pressure cuff to monitor my 84 year-old husband who was feeling weak. This was as good as going to ER and much better than waiting 8 hours to see a doctor, who would ask the same questions and offer same advice. Another plus is that I could print our conversation at the end, and keep it for future reference. This was my first time using this service. It is what we need right now with the lack of doctors everywhere.
