Usually, it's very easy to talk to very knowledgeable was able to address my concerns.Gave alternate diagnosis as well as medication

Tech was timely in contacting me, gave me succinct feedback and provided names and contact numbers to follow up.

Pretty much able to get help, but both doctor and me had trouble with phone calls and had to give up on those and just hope we could navigate through texting only. We did pretty well texting, amazingly. It was very helpful. I will probably stiil need to see a physical doctor anyway, but that's understandable. It was a very nice try in my experience with this kind of virtual medical examination!

I highly recommend Dr Basu. He answered all my questions regarding my post stroke condition fast and effectively. Having a medical background myself, I understand the human aspect of physicians not wanting to clarify prognosis because no one knows 100% and some things are hard to discuss, especially face-to-face. I appreciate his honesty, clarity and suggestions in his responses.
