Was quick to help me while the pain was there, looks like it has calmed down and I know what to do thanks, was panicking thinking it was something else but he put my mind to rest and gave me instructions as what to do as it is in the middle of the night here

A minor problem was treated with kindness.
All in all, I believe it went well. It was confusing at first, but everybody was very helpful. I received a new computer for Christmas and I haven't used it much, so it became confusing for me. You all helped, which was appreciated. Everyone I communicated with was so friendly and kind. Thank you!
