The doctor took his time and answered all my questions.

This rating is only for the physician I spoke to. Your customer support was so incredibly dismissive and rude. Your charges aren’t listed clearly and I thought I only had to pay 5 bucks, then was slapped with 48. The doctor, however, was brilliant and helpful. He gets all the stars But your CS is truly the worst I’ve ever seen as a social media specialist.

Very helpful and the response was really fast. I didn't have to wait at all, really. It beats driving to a place just to get an answer for something that ends up not being extremely urgent(ER for example)
