Pleasantly, inviting welcome. Expressions of concern after introducing a technical problem involving communication-online-tools, so important during todays' networking home and business arenas. From beginning to end of the "Just Answer" greeting given to me; aesthetically, I felt-like I was being accepted into a place that would make a bona fide attempt to honestly solve my technology issue preventing my copy machine from functioning.
