The person was very caring and understanding and tried, but my tablet has not been resolved. The issue has not been resolved, but I still wanna give the person a good review because he really did try. And I really appreciate that!

Very quick service!

Mohd zia Kamal was patient and courteous. He tried various solutions to my problem and didn’t stop, even though we didn’t fix the problem. However, I had no idea I had agreed to ‘become a member’ of this service for which they have charged me $95 monthly. I was never informed about the charge. Contacting customer service has resulted in having my ‘membership’ cancelled, except for the $95 I’ve paid already. This is deceptive - don’t fall for it.
