Through an online search for help with a Samsung issue I agreed to a $1.00 charge and then a onetime charge of $5.00 if my question was answered believing this was through Samsung. This was to be a telephone call. After a very lengthy wait no one responded and I moved on in solving my problem. Much later I received a text stating no one was available for a telephone call. Another text asking I contact them online. By this time I had solved my issue and never responded or received any help whatsoever. I found my account was additionally debited $46.00. BEWARE!!!
