Assure Start is very upfront, honest and helpful when it comes to insurance for small businesses. The agent was very knowledgeable and informative about what I needed to get started with my new beauty supply business. I think the amount of coverage is more than what I originally expected for the price. I am pleased with the services thus far and will certainly recommend to others.

I had already tried to sign up online with another insurance company to buy a general liability policy for my new company. This necessitated a phone call from them to grill me like I had just committed a crime or something. It was so refreshing to sign up, pay and be done without having to speak and negotiate with an insurance agent!

My experience was well. I had some questions I needed answered before I was able to make my purchase, They were very responsive via email and chat. It does seem maybe there are no operators sometimes on the chat, although I sent and email and revived a response quickly. Checkout was extremely painless and I had what I needed within minutes of my purchase.
