A company stuck in the 90’s
When you message them thru your account, they tell you to call an agent. Keep a customer in their channel of choice. Why did you make me go thru multi factor authentication online if you’re going to force me to call in to your center?? And you can’t see payment history online. Very outdated user experience, and technology.

Not Great User Experience
At some point the autopay to my bank account stopped. I was not made aware this changed until I got a letter in the mail saying my account was in default. I logged into the website to set up autopay and it doesn’t exist anymore. I can only make one time payments. How is that acceptable?!
