Really good experience so far, was recommended by a friend to come over to them from my other provider that had constant issues. I can see why she recommended it so highly :-)

Over 3 years with them and they are truly a provider that stands out. No gimmicks, hidden fees, etc.. Product works exceptional well. Its also always nice to deal with their support as well.

Use them for AzuraCast on our radio stations, they literally have no issues (I cannot stress this enough) we've had constant buffering, network issues with other providers but this is just not a problem with Asura Hosting.

Consistently have positive interactions with their support team. They're friendly and patient, try to explain things as simple as possible for us non-tech ppl. Thank you!!

Only hosting provider I know of that cares about their customers when it comes to pricing... No BS hikes/etc...

Support is really good, no boilerplate replies/etc. They are very friendly and down to earth. Dealt with Mike.

Mike really goes the extra mile, had a issue with a site and he really went in-depth to help me out. Never experienced that before from other providers. I don't even have one of the "premium" plans either.
