Everything very fine but you can't really do an international exchange for free so i would say that's a thing to improve

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Asyllum that I'd been eyeing off for a while now, and I'm pretty happy with how they came out. The quality is very good and they're true to their image. The sizing is a little tricky and isn't perfect, but can be amended with thick socks/shoe tightening. The delivery was 2 weeks, which is completely fair from the UK to Australia. Overall, I'm happy with my order and would recommend to others (:

You know you have amazing shoes when two salespeople at Tiffany's stop and say "you've caught our gay interest with those shoes, where did you get them??" I get so many compliments on these shoes, and best of all they're so comfortable! I can wear them all day and my feet don't hurt! Love love love these shoes!

My daughter really like the the shoes they feel very soft from the inside. It was a surprise for her because we saw an advert pop up on Instagram and weren’t really sure whether it was trustworthy. But I’m really pleased with my purchase.

I reached out three separate times for clarification on the refund policy and never received a response. Because of the lack of communication, I am now past the 10-day return window. Once a tracking number was provided, there were also no updates regarding the expected delivery date. The product was overpriced for the quality, and the material felt cheap. Unfortunately, I would not purchase from this business again.
