Tasks are only occasionally available. Without bonus incentives the pay is horrible. Bonus incentives are not always paid out and the support is very slack I am currently being owed 10usd and 5usd which i contacted support about multiple time but they make excuses and don't actually care. No explainations given. I qualified for one bonus but didn't get it paid. I asked multiple times, being told it wasn't paid this week but "don't worry". Weeks later I am being told the bonus was discontinued effective immediate. No payment despite the fact that i qualified ages ago. Similar experiences with other boni, and a bunch of transcription tasks i have launched that were marked incorrect although they 100% weren't. Again no support. "Minor" problems include a billion bugs throwing you off mid task on multiple occasions. No consistency or detailed guidelines. Something that one day will be marked correct will be wrong another day.
