I moved and needed a new sticky back for my magnetic razor hook. They don't sell then separately but offered to send one out free of charge. Their customer service is the best!! Oh, and so are the razors!

I never received an order. So, when I log in 2 c when I was gonna get my order it said I got 1 in Dec. N I never received it. I emailed the company n let them know. Had no problems what so ever. They r sending me a replacement of tue order you didn't get. I'm sticking with this company. I just gotta remember 2 check up on my orders.

They got me a replacement for the magnet to my razor super easy and quick. I’ve moved twice and they’ve helped me each time get a new magnet for my shower. I hope the next time I move next year that it’ll be just as easy to get a replacement.

There was nothing I could do about my package being sent to the wrong address, and Molly truly went above and beyond in helping me! She sent me a replacement order as well as a free gift with it! One of a kind customer service.
