Atomic have a very expensive returns policy designed to deter people from returning goods that don't fit. When you purchase from the web shop return costs are not stated, they choose what they want to charge you. They wanted shipping £43 for me to return a helmet! You would be better off buying elsewhere wit ha more customer friendly returns policy

Lange Lieferzeit, langwieriger Kundensupport, Lieferung & Produkt ansonsten gut.

I payed for Custom Atomic skis and waited 6 weeks for delivery which was stated on the website. When arrived they aligned my name wrong and some of the design was not how I placed it on their custom ski builder. Atomic did offer 50% off but I really didn't need anything except for ski bindings but they could not sell them to me which is a pain. They did offer to make a new set but would have to ship the old ones back and then wait another 6 weeks which I cannot do. There was also no option to purchase the bindings at the same time as the custom skis. 2* as I do still like the skis but they are not perfect. The 50% off is pointless but still need bindings.
