Even when you review a movie with 1 star, Atom forces a 5 star review on the final post on your behalf.

Didn’t resolve my issue and came up with a response that’s absurd

I was sold 2 tickets to see Practical Magic 2, on 9/4/26, at the Violet Crown in Dallas. When we arrived the movie was not playing. Manager advised tickets were sold in error. We were never notified of this error or refunded the purchase of the tickets.

I had a great experience. My refund was quickly in no problems. I appreciate your help

Quick response via email. I would still prefer being able to talk to a customer service representative by phone but am extremely happy the virtual method was successful. Thank you very much for your assistance in promptly resolve this matter for me!
