All the processes, before the match and after they are always open to help and even remind you if there’s something missing or that they can improve in your experience. They make sure you’re enjoying the process and also your host family

During the time I was in my home country Au Pair USA helped me soo much! Everytime I had a question I got an answer in a few hours. That was amazing! The New York experience here in the US was amazing! I met so many lovely people! Thank you for that!! It was amazing and every single person is so nice and supportive!
