The service overall is alright
The service overall is alright. Support took some time to respond, but it's probably because I only had the free plan. I guess paid customers get faster response time. I would definitely recommend it for personal uses, but if you're planning on running a service or something like that i would recommend building your own auth.

Hello sir, I am sorry about your experience with our support team. We only provide support to our premium members at the moment as we are very backed up and don't have time for spam and free members. We want to give our clients what they paid for and we have had a lot of tickets from our premium which cause a day delay in your ticket. Please understand that due to COVID-19 we are extra backed up and trying our best to get to everyone. People who come to our service don't have the knowledge/time in building their own authentication systems, hence why we offer our premade solution with more than what they would need!
