this company lied to me for over 6 months I have a signed contract that said they will guaranteed sell 1,250 copies of my book and they led me on with fake invoices from "AMAZON DIDTRIBUTION" Sylvia June who convinced me to use this company. after working with mike Davis who randomly left the company MR JERRY BRADMAN STEPED IN AND SAID WE ARE WORKING ON GETTING U THE 'MONEY' AS PER I GOT MONTHLY UPDATES FROM THIS MYSTYRIOUS AMAZON 3RD PARTY SELLER SHOWING HOW MANY BOOKS WERE SOLD THEY OWE ME OVER 16 THOUSAND DOLLARS THEY ARE THEIVS AND LIARS I AM PLANING TO TAKE LEGAL ACTION AND GET THE COMPANY AUDITED I ALREADY HAVE LAWYERS I WILL REPORT BACK IF THEY ACTUALY REACH OUT TO ME AT THIS POINT STAY THE HELL AWAY I PLAN TO POST THE CONTRACTS AND SHOW THEM TO AMAZON AS WELL

This publisher is good, when it comes to book production, including formatting, editing, marketing and customer service. Author's Hike has helped publish three of my books on Leadership and Ethics.

Very awkward process, had to teach them what I wanted from an editor including the difference between line editing and developmental editing. Constant phone calls for upsell. 3 months and still not complete with any reasonable satisfaction. I’m not reaching out to your team for the 200th time.

Yesterday I received a letter from Citibank that really upset me. Their investigative approach favors merchants over customers. A Citibank employee told me that I could “Chargeback” three payments processed by TekVersify on behalf of Authors Hike. That same individual noted refunded amounts totaling $5,575.00. Yet, just because TekVersify said, “The services were provided as intended.” With that statement, the facts of refunds did not matter and I received the amount of $1950.00 put back on my Costco Citibank Visa Card. I anticipate the $4,800 and $600 charges will follow. So I have escalate from my end and provide the documentation as additional proof.

WATCH OUT - Unfortunately, our experience did not go as expected. After requesting a refund, we have now been waiting for over 6 months without any resolution. Despite multiple inquiries, the refund has not been provided yet.
