"vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, Ihre Erfahrungen mit unserer Solar 5B so ausführlich zu schildern. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihre Kamera bereits nach kurzer Zeit nicht mehr funktionierte. Besonders bedauern wir, dass sich das Gerät trotz mehrstündigen Aufladens nicht wieder zuverlässig einschalten ließ, die blaue LED unmittelbar erlosch und keine Verbindung zum Monitor hergestellt werden konnte. Auch Ihre Erfahrungen mit der Solarladung nehmen wir sehr ernst. Ebenso möchten wir uns für die Schwierigkeiten bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit unserem Kundenservice entschuldigen. Wir verstehen Ihren Ärger darüber, dass Sie lediglich Antworten auf Englisch erhalten haben und Ihr Widerrufsanliegen nicht angemessen bearbeitet wurde.
