I thought I would have had an opportunity to speak to the shipper prior to them picking up the vehicle. The Vehicle was dropped off in a clearly marked handicap spot. This caused the vehicle to be ticked and towed. The auction part was great shipping was not.

We're sorry to hear the delivery location caused an issue with the vehicle being ticketed and towed. Our carriers do their best to coordinate directly with the customer ahead of drop-off, but when contact can't be made, the driver will leave the vehicle in as safe a location as possible so delivery isn't delayed further. We understand that didn't work out well in this case, and we'd encourage reaching out to our support team so we can look at what happened with this specific delivery.
