Seems serious, but everything goes well till you won a bid. After a week we still wait for the vehicle to be shipped. You pay the Auto Shipping, where they said will do everything with high efficiency…They have 3 days to ship the car, then they charge storage fees :). Guess what? To load a car on a truck it takes more than a week :)…So you better prepared to pay storage fees…Called their help center and they said: Your car will be picked up today…Then you receive a sms message from Copart telling you that the shipping was cancelled…Day after day…Autobidmasters sent you to Copart, and Copart to Autobid….Unbelievable…

I always have very good success and excellent customer service because of the workers in particular Lillian who goes out her way to make sure that I the customer is taking care of and the only reason I stay knowing I can leave anytime and go to the other main office.
