One week goes by and still not shipped then email comes informing me they can't find the item.

Product was carefully wrapped and arrived in perfect shape, thanks for being fast and careful with my car’s grill

Right now I'm not happy at all . Its been a week and this is the first email I have got after four calls after ordering on line ??? I have very unhappy customers because of slow inspections and delivery . I hope you can change my mind before it is all said and done.

Online ordering service is highly inaccurate. Online inventory does not reflect what is available for pick-up and delivery.

Being the first time that I had purchase from there. I had to learn the system that you had in place. After I purchased my parts and moved to outside pick up area I waited for a good solid two hours before I found out that my order from the inside never made it outside to be pulled.

Great product and it even came with light bulbs looks better then O.E.M
