An ad popped up in my feed and it was good timing as I was looking for a transmission for my 88 ford mustang, but just looking. Never heard of this company. Of course I have to get a quote by leaving my information and sure enough within seconds I get a text from Jeromy Brown. I told him up front- not buying now just looking so I can put together a budget as I don't know what trans are going for. He quotes it. I thank him, told him AGAIN- just looking ill get back to him. Week later here comes more texts. I told him I'm just looking and he responds "Thanks for wasting our time" Never will I buy from these clowns- ever.

Business is good and they had nice people, I order engine for my f150 and it was damn good. I highky recommned

They sell used products that are rusted, corroded, and the exhaust manifold was damaged that the dealership wouldn't even install it and they refuse to do anything about it

I was looking around on the web and found this website and I called and spoke to 2 people named Mark and Peter. They acted like they were helping me order the BMW Engine and asked me to pay 3,900 dollars for free delivery. They were going to drop it off near my house at a terminal. The engine never actually showed up when we went to the terminal and the people over there said they never received the engine. So I tried to call Mark and Peter and neither answered the phone as the phone is not working as they put it on auto voicemail. So they took my money and ran.

This firm sold me an engine with 60 to 80K miles then refused to provide vin of doner vehicle and a the actual mileage from doner vehicle. If what they said was true why would they refuse to provide this information in a timely manner. They sent the wrong transmission. They made it extremely difficult and expensive to exchange it for the correct transmission and won’t honor their offer/warranty policy to get a refund. Their mistake cost me thousands of dollars now they won’t return emails and they seemingly refuse to honor their own terms. STAY AWAY! FYI- Their A+ BBB rating only means they respond to complaints not that the they resolve them.

RIP OFF! I purchased a 700R4 for a 68 Chevelle and they send me a newer model Computerized Transmission from a Late Model GMC Truck. They want to charge me for restocking and delivery fees. Even with a letter from the reputable repair shop they the transmission is computerized. I stopped payment on the card and they said they will fight the charge-back. Also the transmission that arrived had a tag on it saying it was from a Camaro. They asked me to sign false documents to start a refund process. I declined. I said he was running a scam company for not issuing a refund. He threatens me even after admitting the wrong part was sent. I bought a transmission from a different company and the transaction went smooth.

They are as good as dealership for the used parts and we were doing business with them for years We highly recommend these guys
