It said I was receiving a 1990-1995 Toyota 4runner transmission filter and I received the wrong one. I tried contacting auto parts warehouse and never received any feedback. I just lost $30 basically and had to find the correct one somewhere else.

The correct part was received undamaged. It had to travel from the east coast to the west coast, but was received on time. A good experience overall except for the multiple emails since then.

although I used a wrong item #, when I immediately tried to change it, the processing was too fast and I had to return the part and reorder. I was not charged a restocking fee, but I did have to spend $21.00 to return the part via UPS. All-in-all I'm happy with the part as it was a gift for my husband.

This place had what I was looking for and the prices were better then or equal to the competition. Delivery was within 2-3 days and the parts fit perfectly. Definitely will recommend to a friend.

you guys really did a good job. After ordering, the parts shipped faster than my expectation! I would say it's a five stars experience! One thing to improve is maybe to give customer a confirmation email after ordering.
