Terrible services. They could not give me a direct answer on when it would get shipped so I canceled my order

Ordered rims from AutoRimShop, then canceled the same day before they did a damn thing. They still hit me with a $20 ‘processing fee’ for ‘order receiving and inventory tracking’ even though the order never got picked, packed, or shipped. Their own email admits it. Pure scam to squeeze money out of people who change their mind. Avoid these clowns like the plague—zero customer service, just automated theft. 1 star.

I messed up my online order for a rim and needed immediate assistance to cancel order and reorder it correctly but still get the same shipping time of at all possible. I spoke with a gentleman (Scott Coppola) who helped me right away, was able to cancel the order no problem and even emailed me the correct rim (w TPMS), so I could reorder it immediately and he could talk to warehouse to still ship same day and use a $10.00 off code. I am impressed with the customer service and ability to get a live person who was helpful and effective. Glad to do business with them.

Attempying to exchange for another without imperfections like the one I recieve. Will update once next wheel is recieved. update: Customer service reached out quickly when I asked about the replacement/return process. The link was easy to follow. The return approval process was quick and once they recieved my return they must have over nighted the replacement. It came maybe 24-48 hours after they recieve the return. This rim looked perfect. Well done. Recommend. I chose them because they had the best reviews in this industry, as far as I could find for what I needed.(a stock replacement wheel for '94 Mustang 5.0)

Received my first wheel damaged apparently mishandled during shipping. Good thing I bought the insurance at checkout. I highly recommend it! Placed a call to customer support at the rim shop and sent Scott Coppola the pictures. He was great to work with from start to finish. Handled the insurance claim, sent another wheel out immediately and a return shipping label all in the same day I contacted him. Received my wheel 3 days later and in great condition. Thanks Scott
