This company does NOT operate in the USA, it's cheap rubbish from China, don't waste your money

I purchased high powered water guns from autumnook $96 for 2 guns and when they were sent they were both broken and defective. This was back in July. I tried to return them and they first sent me a message that I was getting $4 dollars as a return. After back and forth emails where they were low balling my return I finally got them to 75 bucks. Basically sick of dealing with I took the 75 dollar return in which I haven’t recieved. I do however still have the garbage dollar store guns in which I spent $100 for. Autumnook are a bunch of crooks. Shop elsewhere

I have to say that I was amazed that my bag actually turned up after reading some of the reviews, which I stupidly read after ordering! That said, my bag did arrive, and yes, probably the cheapest leather known to man, and the smell was unbelievable! But I actually like it 😊. I've been using it daily and I love the design. Not expecting it to last long but I'm happy with what I got for the price I paid.
