I have been an Auxbeam customer for quite some time now. I ordered a D1S LED setup for my jeep around last year and noticed one of the lights went out (I run my lights during the day). I reached out to Auxbeam via e-mail with my order number and asked about a replacement set, it was so painless and easy. They were able to provide me with a tracking number and sent me a new set for free. I will continue to purchase and use Auxbeam, I appreciate their lighting systems and customer service.

I had another great experience for the Auxbeam! I have used your LED lightbulbs for the better portion of 10+ years and I’ve never had a problem with their products. They’ve always excelled and brightness and clarity and their customer service when you need it is excellent. Do you not have any hesitation on trying out this product or the company?

After 9 months 1 bulb failed. Still under warranty. AUXBEAM has mailed a replacement set. Great experience.

I had a set of Q40s in my car since last December and they've been great - recently though, individual LEDs on the chip started flickering. I messaged the support email address and within a day, we confirmed my address, and a replacement set was shipped!

This was my first purchase from Auxbeam and it was a switch panel. After installing my switch it stopped working correctly. I took a quick video, reached out to customer service and they replaced my switch. There was no arguing or any back and forth discussions like you would expect from other vendors. I received the warranty replacement unit within the week. This will make me a lifetime Auxbeam customer for sure. I am telling everyone I know.
