VERY slow processing time, even worse shipping; expect your order to take a solid 2 weeks Tried to 'do right' by buying local. Aventuron loves to promote their 'mom and pop' feel, however, it's just another company trying to promote their roots, without paying attention to the actual customer or impacts their cost cutting has Worse, the customer service is beyond rude - quick response, but the agent was more focused on trying to deflect blame and point fingers, instead of attempting to resolve an issue I will happily refuse shipment, and repurchase through a more reputable, customer-service orientated establishment
