WARNING – Azure Markets / Azure Capital: Please Be Careful! Real Scammers. Previous website: azuremarkets.com New website: azurecapital.uk I was unable to withdraw my money from Azure Markets despite repeated requests for additional payments. The previous website appears to be no longer working, and a new website is now operating under the Azure Capital name. The new website itself states that Azure Markets and Azure Capital are the same brokerage group. They may contact you using UK phone numbers and sound very convincing and professional. Do not let this give you a false sense of security. Based on my personal experience, I strongly warn others: PLEASE DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY without thoroughly verifying the company and its regulatory status. Be especially careful if you are asked to pay additional fees to release your funds.

I spend £15k per month with Azure (more fool you I hear you say) and have done for almost 10 years. We run some big systems with them which generally are reliable and work as intended if expensive when I compare to non dotNET solutions. However, for the whole 10 years I have had issues around access to our subscriptions. I own the company, the subsctiptions are in my name as owner and administrator but it is a totally lottery as to whether Azure will let me see one or all our subscriptions and then it tells me 'you don't have permission to complete the task' or view something. Sometimes i can't even see how much we are spending. I have had so many calls around this with their support which is terrible (even trying to raise a ticket) they alwasy take me through the houses again. they have set up multiple 'fake' master accounts all without any sucess. The solution is i migrate to a totally new tennant. I estimate this would take our development team a month at least with a mass of headaches and risk to manage in the process all because Active Directory/Entra has got its knickers in a twist when the account was first set up. If we don end up migrating it wont be to another Azure tennant.

هi hav an expermant with Azure which is a powerful cloud platform, but the support experience has been very disappointing. I upgraded my subscription to Pay-As-You-Go and tried to purchase an App Service Domain, but I keep receiving the error “SubscriptionExceededMaxDomainLimit.” I opened a support ticket and have been waiting for two days without a useful response. This issue is blocking the production launch of my project, even though the subscription is active and the domain is available. Azure has excellent technical capabilities, but billing restrictions, unclear error messages, and slow support make simple tasks unnecessarily difficult. I hope Microsoft improves the support experience and resolves these account restrictions faster.

Absolutely shocking customer service from.Azure. We have hosted our services for our start-up for 6 months only now.to be told that our credits worth 30k USD can't be rolled over and we have 30 days to be moved to PaYG. Customer service is so poor its shocking

Azure Storage Explorer and Azcopy are hunks of junk. Its an insult to the businesses that have to use this. I have spent over a week trying to get a single TB of data onto blob storage using these tools, it can NOT handle it. This software often freezes up and mishandles the paths you give it, those files are going wherever Azure thinks they should go... you have zero say in it.
