The board performs ok for about a month. Then when it starts to break the warranty department becomes increasingly difficult to get ahold of. They have lied to me directly twice, and i now have a board that does not work, despite purchasing both the extended warranty and the insurance. It has been less than a year. DO NOT BUY A BACKFIRE.

Backfire BoardsUSA, They are second to none the lady I spoke with on the phone understood what my concern was and handled it immediately,her knowledge understanding and actions were spot on. I ordered several different parts with not having knowledge of what I really needed. She knew exactly what I needed and changed the order right away.. I received the parts the very next day.

J’ai passé commande le 9 juillet 2024 pour la zealot S2. L’envoie a apparemment été effectué le 15 juillet. Pour la France l’envoi par avion doit prendre entre 15 et 30 jours selon leur site. J’ai donc attendu patiemment jusqu’à fin août me disant qu’avec le dédouanement et autres cela pouvait prendre un peu de retard … je vous la fait courte, mais jusqu’à aujourd’hui (le 8 Novembre 2024) toujours aucune nouvelle de ma planche malgré tout un tas d’échanges de mail avec les différents contacts du site. Ne voyant aucun avancement durant ses 4 mois interminables j’ai décidé d’annuler ma commande … c’est bien dommage car leur planche on vraiment l’air sympa mais à 1000 balles avec les frais de port on est en droit de s’attendre à un tout autre niveau de service et de satisfaction …. J’attends maintenant le remboursement en me disant que ma planche va peut être arriver entre temps et que je pourrais toujours arrêter le processus d’annulation mais j’y crois plus trop … je suis vraiment déçu

for starters, I'm a pretty big guy, 230 pounds. I bought a ranger x5 to ride with my kids (they're on one wheels). I absolutely love the thing. in 3 moths I've clocked about 80 miles on it just tooling around the neighborhood. Im mostly riding on sidewalks, dirt roads, the street and in grass. Its pretty quick, stable and goes reasonable anywhere (watch out for sugar sand). The only reason its not a 5 star, my remote had some issues 3 months in. To their absolute credit, They took care of it 100 percent very quickly and at no cost, but still, it was only 3 months old so that is a concern. I cant attest to the "out of warranty" service one might receive. This thing is legit and its fun to ride.

Backfire has always come in with great customer service and even better boards. They just keep making awesome boards that are fun, safe, and reliable. And they always come through just because they care more than a lot of other companies (in my opinion). So I trust them a lot after almost 3 years.

I’ve purchased 2 boards with Backfire, one of which is an electronic board. The value is way beyond Boosted boards. It has become great fun with family at parks. A lot other people stopped and asked me where I got it. I have to say the design really catches people’s eyes.
