I only received 1 of the 2 items I ordered and paid for. I emailed and called and received no response. I guess I will have to challenge the payment on my AMEX.

It was a bit hard to find just the cover on the website for just my contour pillow, but once I did, I got it in less than a week and it fits perfect! I love my back support system, contour pillow enlarge. I just had a cervical fusion and the pillow was wonderful.

I ordered my second wedge and the second one that arrived was incorrect. Back Support Systems promptly sent a new one as well as a label to ship the incorrect wedge back to them.

The width is perfect for my side of my king size bed, it’s comfortable and puts me at a good angle to hopefully reduce my nighttime reflux. Shipping was fast and order process went well.

Very dishonest, they do not have 10,000 good reviews anywhere, not at Amazon, not at Google, not at TrustPilot. Also they are using the names of very highly rated products to mislead you.
