Really works!
I work with this program for more than a year. already did more than 30 transfer, ever work fine. constant update, support fast by e-mail (could be a support with an instante message app, but e-mail work fine too).

excellent software
Before 1 year I transferred whatsapp from iphone to android and it was a bit easy. But after I bought a new iphone I was suspicious that this would work. On first use, the transfer failed, but thanks to the support team, they send me the exact instructions to solve the problem. Now whatsapp is 100% transferred with all chat and media. Highly recommended

Super helpful support team, and great product!
I got this software to transfer my WhatsApp data from my iPhone to my new Android. I was a little unsure at first, because I've tried transferring with another software before and it took a long time (around 7 hours) to copy, and it also didn't keep any of my starred messages. I followed Backuptrans' guide step-by-step and ran into an issue in the middle of the process (wasn't able to install a different version of WhatsApp on my new device), so I contacted support. And they were really helpful! They got back to me very quickly and helped me out with my issue, sending me different guides and download links, and it finally worked - including all media and starred messages! And the whole process only took about an hour (I had a lot of data and media). Would definitely recommend!

Great experience with Support Team! After few problems with the data transfer, they helped me out with teamviewer real professional. Great choice!!!

Excellent software, great support!
Excellent software, even worked although my USB port was broken. Customer service was very helpful and provided a workaround via WiFi. Also, I accidentally bought the wrong license first, was instantly refunded.
