Although the UI is a little bit shady, the software works very well, very good support over the email. The best part is that it merges the previous messages with the new ones, so you can be chill if it takes time

Not a good experiece. After downgrading whatsapp was activated like 3 or 4 times, then after restoring the googledrive backup the transfer didnt work in serveral attemps. So after retrying the GoogleDrive Backup was nowhere to be found, local Backup not being recognized while still there and Whatsapp had lost all chats only the groups where visible. So when using this Software make sure to have an additional copy of your googledrive Backup.

Backuptrans has been excellent for me for the over two years that I have had it installed. I have been able to move my text history with photos from Android to Mac database, Android to Android, and Mac database to Android. A dream come true for me and the only software that I have found that did what I needed to do. Their support is first rate and solved some minor issues I was having due to my lack of savvy with the program. All in all, I couldn't be happier!

We successfully transferred 44000 messages with around of 4 GB pictures and videos from an old android to an new iPhone. Your tool is so amazing.
