Bag arrived like it’s brand new.
I have purchased many used purses/totes and even jewelry from BBS and the condition always exceeds my expectations. Literally flawless from what I can tell. I haven’t bought a new bag in years because BBS quality of used merchandise is exceptional.

I’m really happy with my bag but it wasn’t as in great condition as I anticipated. I understand I’m renting it so it was used by others but the lettering on the outside of the bag was faded.
