I have had such a great experience with Bai, Luke Ren, and my sales rep Celia! I am new to the multi needle machine world and have had a lot of newbie type questions. I have no experience using or owning an embroidery machine. But I also have common sense 😅. I own a DTF printer and wanted to try embroidery . This machine is pretty cool. When I need help Luke is always there to help me! Thank u!!!
