I recently tried to use Bakkt to withdraw funds from my account and was extremely disappointed with the process. Firstly, it seems that they only work with a select few banks, which was frustrating to find out. But even more frustrating was that when I finally did try to withdraw my funds, they froze my account without any explanation. When I reached out to customer service for assistance, I was met with complete incompetence. It felt like I was being passed around in circles, with the two employees I spoke with offering no helpful solutions. Overall, I would not recommend using Bakkt. The limited bank options and lack of transparency when it comes to freezing accounts is a major red flag. And the customer service is non-existent. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Bakkt.
