Myself and my Team Leader met with a representative at the 2026 NOTA Conference and we were giving no-nonsense information about the products. They were very responsive to a request to Test and Evaluate a helmet.

I loved that a tracking number was sent to the people at the delivery address as soon as it was dispatched. Not the next day but right away.

Was a mix up in shipping but Travis took care of it immediately. Very helpful and apologetic. Followed up with direct calls and updates as well. Great company.
