We've been a subscriber for 2 years now and they are getting worse! They do not follow instructions carefully! Total waste of time. We'll be looking for another company to partner with. I had a video request for the Black Friday special and it was a complete disaster. Our simple revision request to omit just one sentence from the captions could not be followed. Instead, more mistakes came up on the revised video! Total incompetence!

I'm truly sorry to hear about the frustration and disappointment you've experienced with our services, especially after being a loyal subscriber for two years. Your feedback is incredibly valuable, and I completely understand your dissatisfaction with the recent video request for the Black Friday special.
The issues you've highlighted, particularly the failure to follow instructions accurately and the subsequent errors in the revised video, are unacceptable. We deeply apologize for this inconvenience and the lack of attention to detail. This falls significantly short of the standards we aim to uphold.
I assure you that your feedback has been escalated to our team leads and managers for immediate review and corrective action. We take full responsibility for these mistakes and are committed to rectifying the situation promptly.
Please allow us the opportunity to make this right. If there's anything specific we can do to address this matter, such as offering a dedicated review of your request or providing additional support, please let us know. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're determined to regain your trust.
We genuinely appreciate your loyalty over the past two years, and it's disheartening to know that we've let you down. Your feedback will be instrumental in helping us improve our services for all our valued customers.
