Each month, members receive a curated Collection in their mailbox, a personal letter, recipe cards, ritual cards, and two solo date invitations, crafted as an invitation to slow down and return to presence and joy. Beyond the Club, Banked & Balanced includes The Slow Pour podcast and the Unbothered Type system, and is home to a growing community, The Unbothered, thousands of Black women choosing themselves, daily and on purpose.

So far this has been a great experience. It is very encouraging and intentional. I look forward to receiving my envelope in the mail every month. The instructions and activities are training me to be intentional about myself.
