Quality 10-10! directions 1-10 had to hire someone to install

Hello Response time was very good,the product I purchased lasted 3 days Lock Key 2835 with KOS This product has everthing I need at an affordable cost.Easy to install with good installation information.I contacted your firm and requested a refund,at first I was told I installed it incorrectly.I currently have a Electrical/Mechanical degree from Drexel.I was a contracter for 40 years all industrial . I was offered a part that the instructions state I do not require,I offered to purchase said items an extended key and spring latch at my cost. I would like a refund at this juncture. Barzel had the parts I needed at a good price, but the parts were not packaged well for shipping. So several of them were damaged causing me much lost time repairing them before I could install them.

Overall, pretty good prices comparatively. Ordered the wrong lock. Tried to order the correct one from them. However, they complicated the process in the name of being helpful. Just a heads up that they have a restocking fee if you need to return anything. They do discount that if you order the replacement from them.

I did not know the day of arrival of my order, it took a long time to arrive, more than 20 days
