Instructors are very pleasant, easy to talk with, and helpful with grammar, sentance structure. They can talk about anything that interests you and they all make classes fun.

The one on one lessons are great. Many of the teachers are very good, some are not great, but you have to try it and see that works for you. I think the course content could be updated. Some of the exercises are a little confusing, but overall I think it's a great system. I do also wish there were some Spain based, Spanish speakers. Everyone is from Latin America, and the ones that can, help with Castillian Spanish, but some are not knowledgeable about it.

I've been using BaseLang for a few weeks and I've had a great experience. My favorite part is the calendar flexibility and availability of teachers. It's so easy to book (or cancel) classes at any time. I basically take a class whenever I have free time instead of wasting time on my phone. There are a wide range of teachers to choose from. Some teachers are better at "teaching" than others, but all have been pleasant and patient.
