Top Quality Customer Service! Seems like one thing that is being lost in almost every business is quality customer service, not Basic Septic. This company follows up when they say they will, they are always communicating and most important (at least to me) the phone is always answered by one of them, not a computer. I will gladly recommend them for any project!

James and Jennifer are an amazing team. We had been fleeced by a contractor posing as them and when they caught wind they swooped in and moved mountains to save the sale of my aunt's property. They designed and permitt ed a new system that gave the buyers the peace of mind they needed to move forward to closing. I can not sing their praises loud enough. They an invaluable member of my real estate team and I look forward to referring them many more clients and agents.
