I am so happy that I discovered Basic Talk for my phone service. The service is flawless and the price is unbelievably low.

I have started using Basic Talk about 6 months ago. No problems so far. $45 dollars cheaper per month than my old phone company

Overall, the experience I have had with BasicTalk is fantastic. At $13.99 a month (State Taxes included) it cannot be beat. Unlimited minutes allow me to talk to friends, family, and loved ones without the worry of going over minutes. There have been times I have went over 1500 minutes with no issues. The call quality is quite clear, and the only problems I have ever encountered with the service have always been Internet Provider issues. Voicemail ensures I never miss a call, even if my internet is down. I can simply log in to my BasicTalk account and listen to the messages from any PC, anywhere. 5 stars!! As one caveat, I would like to see the addition of text-to-BasicTalk service. It would be very useful to be able to receive text messages via the website of BasicTalk, and be able to respond via the same website.

I have had 0 issues with this service. No dropped calls, not poor quality.
