Ronnie literally spent 2 hours to fix my tv, he was great !

I had the most kind and considerate gentleman resolving my problem. He was VERY patient with me and I truly appreciate the time and consideration he afforded me. I hope your additionsl employees are as thoughful as Ronnie has been to me.

Ronnie helped me to resolve an issue of double billing on my You Tube Account. I have never dealt with anyone as patient and encouraging as Ronnie. He spent many hours on this problem. As a senior I was not as quick to understand his directions, He was very patient and repeated instructions until I got it. He got my money back.!! I can't thank him enough.

Ronnie did a great job in resolving my issue with YoutubeTV. TV's we switching to Tacoma stations from our Dallas stations 4-5 times a day. Great service and I would recommend Ronnie.

He was patient with an old man who is a little shaky and sometimes. Push a button twice or a wrong button. But thru 3 days it appears that all has been straightened out . He was on time with phone call appointments. Very polite.
